About Cadcal

Led by Experience and Expertise

CADCal is a manufacturing business founded and led by Callum Marshall. As the owner and director, Callum brings over a decade of manufacturing experience to the table, having worked in busy manufacturing workshops before going on to run a busy facility. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Robert Gordon University, he is also a qualified manufacturing engineer.

A Passion for Manufacturing

Callum's passion for manufacturing runs deeper than just his qualifications and work experience. He loves cutting metal and manufacturing components, and has been obsessed with how things work since he was a child. This drive to understand and perfect the manufacturing process led him to start CADCal, with the goal of supporting British business and industry.

Our Focus: Maximising Potential

At CADCal, Callum's focus is on getting the most out of machine tools and people. He enjoys working hands-on with machines and materials and believes that the right tools and processes can make all the difference in manufacturing. But he also knows that people are just as important—he believes in empowering his team and creating a positive work environment that supports growth and learning.
